Posted on January 10, 2008 by Game Dame
Wasn’t at work so had no time.- Leveled up a hunter to 27 over Christmas holiday. Eyes too glazed for typing.
- Too busy dodging PvP on my level 59 shaman.
- Gorging on video games received as presents.
- Didn’t write Christmas cards so felt guilty about writing anything else.
- Do not believe in New Year’s resolutions.
- Three words: Migraine + Sinus Infection
- Got new 42″ HD television for Christmas. Nuff said.
- Trying to figure out the used version of Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion without a manual.
- Busy writing scripts for TV that won’t air.
- Too busy sending in Xbox and Xbox 360 for repairs.
- Then too busy looking in every store for a new Xbox 360.
- Can’t stop clicking “Make Me Laff“.
- Too intimidated by my favorite bloggers.
- Applied for a blogging job at WoW Insider so figured it was best to lay low and not write anything.

My number one reason is always that my relatives once again realized I had a blog. They tend to forget rather quickly, though, so it’s all good.
Meaning that you don’t want them to read what you write?
Life does tend to get in the way. When I post, I hate to make it just random thoughts; I try to think through what to say and provide lots of links. That takes time. Activities with the holidays also get in the way, although I haven’t even installed the games I got for Christmas.
My wife and I are shopping for HDTVs. How do you like the one you got?
Considering that they’d take offense at pretty much all of it, that would be correct.
I would have thought that if you were applying for a blogging position at WoW Insider you would write more to showcase your talent, no?
@Matticus: Hee hee, yep! That’s whatcha call irony there! I tried to make the whole list kinda goofy like that.
Nice vintage picture.
I was curious where you’d vamoosed to.
Good luck with #15!
LOL… oh yeah, I’ve already let go of #15. Maybe next time they have a call for applications I won’t get brainlock.
I likes the logic of #1.
And good gracious don’t be intimidatified by me! I’s just a simple orc with a silly blog.
